- You are a graduate of North Central high School in Sullivan county and attended the Hymera Elementary/Junior High School.
- You provide a certificate demonstrating the successful completion of a gun and firearms safety class
- You provide proof of acceptance as a full-time or part-time student to an institution of higher education.
- You demonstrate financial need.

Eligibility requires that:
- You be a graduate of Sullivan High School.
- Preference given to applicants planning a career in the field of medicine.

Eligibility requires that:
- You are a graduate of North Central High School in Sullivan County within the last 10 years.
Merom Improvement Association Scholarship Fund
Eligibility requires that:
- You are a Merom area resident.
- You have served a minimum of 20 hours of community service for the
Merom Improvement Association, Inc.
- You have been accepted into a post-secondary program.
