Scholarship Funds:

Clay County

Blair Endowment Fund

 Eligibility requires that:

  • You are a Clay County resident
  • You are attending (will attend) Indiana State University to become a teacher


Brazil Business & Professional Women's Club Scholarship Fund


  Eligibility requires that:

  • You are a resident of Clay County attending an institution of higher learning.


Virginia M. Buell Memorial Scholarship Fund


  Eligibility requires that:

  • You must be a graduate of Clay City High School, but are not required to be a member of the current year's graduating class.
  • You shall either attend Indiana State University pursuing a degree in any area of study, but preferably business, or study business at an accredited four-year institution of higher education.
  • You demonstrate good citizenship through community activities, including school activities and employment.


Robert and Barbara Deakins Scholarship Fund


  Eligibility requires that:

  • You are a graduate of an Indiana high school.
  • You have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Preference given to a child, grandchild, brother, sister niece or nephew of a current or former employee of Deakins Metal Spinning, Inc. (includes step-relatives)


Albert and Freda Eder DeCoursey Scholarship Fund

  
Eligibility requires that:

  • You are a Clay Count resident graduating from a Clay County school.
  • You are pursuing the study of music or art.


Kelly Fuqua Memorial Fund

  Eligibility requires that:

  • You are a female student of the current Northview High School graduation class in Clay County, Indiana.
  • You plan to study business.


Earl F. Hopkins Scholarship Fund

  Eligibility requires that:

  • You are a current graduate of a Clay County high school
  • You are a Clay County resident.


Mabel Kidwell Scholarship Fund

  Eligibility requires that:

  • You are a Clay County resident and a graduate of a Clay County school.


Renis and Fern Knust Scholarship Fund

  Eligibility requires that:

  • You are a graduate of Clay City High School pursuing vocational training at an accredited institution offering vocational and/or technical training.
  • You must demonstrate potential for success in your chosen vocational field.
  • You must demonstrate high moral character and citizenship.
  • Preference given to the student of mid-range in terms of GPA and/or class rank.


Gary and Leesa Nesty Scholarship Fund


  Eligibility requires that:

  • You are a resident of Clay County.
  • You maintain a GPA of not less than 2.0.
    Preference given to applicant seeking a degree in Christian ministry.


Dane and Jane Robbins Northview Marching Knights Scholarship


  Eligibility requires that:

  • You are a senior graduating from Northview High School..
  • You are a member of the Northview High School Band.
  • You have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
